Are walk-ins available?

To best serve our clients and maintain our high standards of service, we kindly request appointments be scheduled in advance as we do not offer walk-in appointments due to our busy schedule. To schedule an appointment, please call us at (239) 945-3883 and we would be more than happy to find a time with you to meet with our team.

What happens if I cannot come into the office in-person?

We understand that it may be difficult for you to come to our office in-person for a meeting. Zoom, telephone, hospital and in-home appointments are available upon request. When scheduling your appointment, just let the team member know and we will be happy to make those accommodations.

Question 3

Who can come with me to my initial appointment?

Accepted Answer

For your initial consultation, your children are able to accompany you in your appointment. Keep in mind the information that you will be discussing during your appointments including finances. Our team may, at any time, ask anyone who has accompanied you to step out during some of the meetings.

While signing legal documents, such as your Last Will and Testament, we hold the right to ask anyone whom is not signing to step into our lobby. This is to protect our clients as well as their families. We appreciate your understanding.

What should I bring with me to my initial appointment?

Before your initial consultation, please ensure that you have either submitted your electronic questionnaire or have a hard copy of your physical questionnaire. We request you to bring: any existing estate planning documents (Florida or out of state);  financial documents including bank accounts, brokerage statements, life insurance, retirements accounts; and any other documents you think would be helpful for our team to see during your initial meeting.

What is the best way to get in contact with the team?

As a potential client, it is always best to call our office at (239) 945-3883 and speak with any of our team members to schedule you an initial appointment.

Once you are an established client,

the best way to reach our office depends on which team member you are trying to reach. For Amy, it is always best to call our office and ask one of our team members to set up a telephone appointment with Amy. For anyone else on our team, call our office and ask to see if that team member is available at the moment. If they are not, you will be able to leave them a message and they will reach back out by the end of the next business day. Please be mindful that a couple of our team members are only part-time and may be currently in law school and they are not always available.

Is there anyone I should CC when emailing Amy?

Great question! When emailing Amy, always CC another team member at our office in the email. This will ensure that it gets on Amy's radar and your corresponding team member's radar as well.

Attorneys in Florida are overwhelmed with emails from advertisements to solicitations and many emails can get mixed up and end up incorrectly labeled as spam. We appreciate your understanding.

How do I schedule an initial appointment?

To schedule your initial appointment with our office, just call us at (239) 945-3883! During business hours, we have team members ready to take your call. All of our team members are trained and able to schedule initial appointments and answer your basic intake questions.

Do not worry about having everything together first before scheduling. We will let you know what information is needed before the initial appointment and even help you gather the information if you need assistance.

Do you accept credit and debit cards?

Accepted Answer

We accept credit and debit cards (except American Express). We can take payment in person, over the phone, or even can email/text you a secure link. We do not charge an extra credit card processing fee.

We also accept e-checks.
